The HTR was designed to be packaged into the smallest overall footprint possible while still allowing for long travel positioning. High throughput lifting and transporting were at the heart of the design considerations for the HTR.

With its steel reinforced belt & roller bearing guide the HTR050 can move at speeds up to 5 m/s with loads up to 245N, for high throughput lifting applications

The HTR incorporates steel reinforced belt and pulley drive to connect the multiple escoping tube sections in order to generate a smooth escoping extension. A unique roller bearing guide mechanism is used to provide stability and rigidity within the system.
