性能
背景	ERBB2 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily, Tyr protein kinase family and EGF receptor subfamily. It contains a protein kinase domain. ERBB2 is widely expressed in epithelial cells, and amplification and/or overexpression of ErbB2 has been reported associated with malignancy and a poor prognosis in numerous carcinomas, including breast, prostate and ovarian cancers. Rat ERBB2 is an essential component of a neuregulin-receptor complex, although neuregulins do not interact with it alone. ErbB2 mediates signalling pathways which involve mitogen-activated protein kinase and phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase, this receptor plays a key role in development, cell proliferation and differentiation.
溶解方法	Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
保存方法	Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
純度	Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
